Yut Kee Kopitiam

23rd Jul 2009, Thursday ()

A little bit of research, Yut Kee is one of the grand old lady of the Kuala Lumpur kopitiam scene having been established since 1928. Today it’s being run by the third generation of the family. Wow… so long… and I totally forgot about the place, Yut Kee Kopitiam @ Jalan Dang Wangi. The morning before we went to Urbanscapes, we drop by here to have our breakfast. Many peoples wait to be seat and we have to share table with the couple.

Yut Kee Roti Bakar – served with kaya and cheese.

Hainanese Fried Bihun Mee, Hainanese Pork Chop and Teh Ais. The pork chops are served with healthy looking brown sauce cooked with mixed vegetables, onions and tomatoes and potatoes on the side. But I will recommend the Fried Bihun Mee because it really open up my appetite! Very nice.
