Tilt that photo!

Do you think that I just tilt the camera to do this or Photoshop edited? I discovered this tilt photo technique long time ago, and during the New Year day we try this photo shooting at Bangsar village, I think this effect is crazy but the only thing I not sure is why we take picture in front of delicious.
