Family Reunion Dinner

After yesterday flight and today is the eve of the Chinese New Year, home sweet home, nothing better then a big meal. We suppose to have steam boat this year for dinner – hence, the “Family Reunion Dinner”. But I was told my mom not to since we already have it for two years, let’s try something else. So my mom cooked again, she prepared spicy pig bag soup, sweet and sour fish, different shape of meat ball (she even use the leaf to wrap it which looks like peter palm, taste different and nice), shrimp balls and abalone. The roast duck was the only dish that wasn’t cooked by my mom. I’ve loved the dish ever since I was a child and I get not little of everything to satisfied my hunger.
