This is from Stephen Chow Classic Movies name God of Cookery. They invent the ping pong meatball (爆漿瀨尿牛丸); delicious, exotic and playable meatball. But how can this meatball pee? You have to swallow the whole meatball said by Stephen Chow, when the moment he swallow the meatball explode and the scene running through the beach begin.
