Cinemagraph

Recently I have found some neat trick that I had not done before, by making a still photo move. Photographer Jamie Beck who pushes the boundaries of animated gif images through a technique called Cinemagraph. You can click through his tumblr to see the awesomeness. I think these are more than simply gif’s, they are still photos with simply one aspect of the photo moving and the movement being so subtle. These inspired me to start making some Cinemagraph of my own. Check out my first try!
